Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded the 300,000-square-foot leasing assignement for Hilltop 75 Logistics Center, a new logistics facility that will be built on 22 acres in Cleveland, Tennessee.
John Wilkinson, Greg Dickerson and Ashley Williams of Cushman & Wakefield will oversee leasing efforts for the entire facility on behalf of the developer, the Issa Group.
When complete, Hilltop 75 Logistics Center will sit within the Chattanooga metropolitan area and provide tenants with up to 300,000 square feet of build-to-suit space. The facility will feature 23 trailer parks, 38 dock doors, 40-foot clear height and more than 140 vehicle parking spaces. The facility will also feature a 185-foot truck court.
