Cushman & Wakefield|Commercial Kentucky recently negotiated the largest speculative lease in the history of the metropolitan Louisville area.

Velocity 65 Trade Center is a planned six-building industrial complex on 300 acres in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. Phil Charmoli, senior director with Cushman & Wakefield|Commercial Kentucky, represented Browning Investments in the lease of Building 1, a 721,050-square-foot ecommerce facility.

This repesents the largest single speculative lease in the history of the MSA. Building 3, with construction scheduled to start in May of 2019, will be a 627,000-square-foot buiding expandable to 1.62 million square feet.
