Cushman & Wakefield|Commercial Kentucky in early April closed the sale of First Trust Centre in Louisville, Kentucky.
Miami, Florida-based Market Street Real Estate Partners sold the property to TSO FTC, LP, a subsidiary of The Simpson Organization.
The office brokerage team of Sam English, Brent Dolen, EP Scherer and Sam Gray represented the seller in the transaction.
Originally built in 1885, First trust Centre is a seven-story, 135,497-square-foot office building at the intersection of 5th Street and Market Street in the Louisville CBD. Louisville Metro Government and Stockyards Bank and Trust are the major tenants in the building.
