Cushman & Wakefield|CRESCO completed a 139,920-square-foot industrial lease at 669 Sugar Lane in Elyria, Ohio.
Joseph Barna, principal at CRESCO Real Estate, represented the landlord, Brad Maloof with Sugar Lane Properties LLC, and the tenant, Dura-Line Corporation, in this transaction.
Dura-Line will be opening a second location in Elryia. The company currently owns a 200,000-square-foot building on Garden Street, which focuses on the manufacturing of plastic piping and employs about 250 workers. 669 Sugar Lane will provide the company an additional 139,920 square feet.
The former Riddell Complex sits on 5.61 acres.
