Cushman & Wakefield|NorthMarq represented RPD Catalyst in a lease for 27,000 square feet with Herberger’s Clearance Center at the Birch Run Station Shopping Center in Maplewood, Minn.
Set to open in May 2014, the new store is the fourth free-standing Herberger’s Clearance Center in the nation.
