Cushman & Wakefield|NorthMarq recently assisted Portland, Oregon-based ESCO Corporation in finding a new office-warehouse location in Virginia, Minnesota.
The new location will bring ESCO’s product and brand closer to its Iron Range customers.
The Cushman & Wakefield|NorthMarq team of Clint Miller and Jonathan Juris worked with the client and Gary Randles of Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon to evaluate the existing industrial real estate market in Virginia – more than 200 miles from Cushman & Wakefield|NorthMarq’s Twin Cities headquarters — to locate a site for ESCO’s new facility near the Virginia mines.
