Pentagon Revival, LLC has selected Cushman & Wakefield|NorthMarq to market a 42-acre future multi-use redevelopment in Edina, Minnesota.
The site, formerly known as Pentagon Park, is located at the northeast intersection of Highway 100 and Interstate 494. The proposed redevelopment plan includes a potential mix of office and medical space, hotel, retail and residential.
The city of Edina approved the development, named The Link, last year.
Tentative leasing plans include 1.4 million square feet of Class-A office/medical space, 60,000 square feet of retail, a new hotel and structured parking.
Cushman & Wakefield|NorthMarq’s leasing team for The Link includes Bob Revoir, Peter Fitzgerald and Tate Krosschell.
