Cushman & Wakefield | NorthMarq has been hired by IRET Properties, a North Dakota limited partnership, to market the redevelopment of a 220,556-square-foot industrial property at 3075 Long Lake Road in Roseville, Minn., for lease.
The CWN industrial team of Tom Sullivan, Todd Hanson, Jason Sell, Chris Weirens and Peter Fooshe is overseeing the assignment.
The industrial-to-industrial redevelopment of the former Smurfit-Stone Container Corp. site begins with an April 23 demolition of the existing property. Redevelopment will be completed in November. Kraus Anderson has been selected as the general contractor, and Doug Johnson of Oliver Real Estate Services as project manager.
