The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Metropolitan Detroit has awarded Farbman Group/NAI Farbman’s Riverside Center in Southfield, Michigan; New Center One in Detroit; and Bingham Office Center in Bingham Farms, Michigan, 2015–2016 “The Office Building of the Year” (TOBY) awards in the categories of 100,000-249,999 square feet, 500,000-1 million square feet and Suburban Office Park Low-Rise.
The TOBY Awards honor quality in office buildings and office building management.

The 500,000+ square-foot New Center One building was built in 1982 in Detroit’s New Center area. It boasts a unique system of skywalks, which connect it to adjacent office buildings, and the Hotel St. Regis. The site serves as a multi-use office complex with a sky lit center atrium courtyard.
Bingham Office Center, located on Telegraph Road in Bingham Farms, includes a state-of-the-art conference/training center, after hours security with lobby attendant, bank branch and ATM, a full service cafeteria and sundry shop. The building boasts various sized suites and on-site management.
Riverside Office Center is a 200,000-square-foot Class A, full-service building located in the heart of Southfield. The four-floor building features an upscale lobby, stunning scenic views, a four-story atrium, and an on-site sundry shop and café.
