Dalfen Industrial announced the purchase of a 174,300-square-foot industrial facility at 1103 Butterfield Road in Aurora, Illinois. The facility was built in 2004 and has features sought after by the modern e-commerce and distribution tenants, including immediate access to the I-88 Expressway.
Butterfield Logistics Center is well positioned in the I-88 industrial submarket, one of the top five distribution corridors in the Chicago market.
Brendan Sheahan and Nick Krejci of Darwin Realty / CORFAC International introduced the opportunity to Dalfen Industrial, facilitated the acquisition, and are leading marketing efforts to lease the building.
Over the last 12 months, Dalfen Industrial has transacted on $1.7 billion of real estate in the United States.
