Dallas-based Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments hired Brad Davey as Managing Principal. In this role, Davey will lead acquisitions, with a focus on shallow-bay industrial opportunities.
Davey brings more than 20 years of experience acquiring and managing industrial, multifamily, retail, and office assets across the United States. He joins HLCI from Clarion Partners, where he served as Managing Director and senior acquisitions officer for the firm’s Central Region and led more than $2.5 billion in acquisitions.
In his new role, Davey will work closely with HLCI’s team to source and execute acquisition opportunities. His addition reinforces HLCI’s continued focus on market expansion and strategic growth initiatives.
Davey graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. in Economics and later earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
