Dallas’ MBL Title adds commercial closing attorney

Dallas-based MBL Title hired Hailey Curran as Commercial Closing Attorney, further strengthening its growing national commercial real estate platform.

Curran reunites with longtime colleague Jeremy Reed and joins one of the industry’s most experienced commercial closing teams.

Founded in 2014 by Jon Meyers, Dallas-based MBL Title is a national title company that has facilitated more than $39.5 billion in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including large-scale portfolio deals with insured values exceeding $800 million. The firm continues to expand its national footprint while serving many of the country’s leading developers, investors, and institutional clients.

Curran brings extensive experience handling complex commercial transactions, including multi-site portfolio acquisitions, refinances, and development projects across a wide range of asset classes. Her notable transactions include a 17-property multi-site retail portfolio, a $120 million three-site multifamily construction project, and a $160 million office building. Since entering the title industry, she has closed more than $2 billion in high-liability, multi-state commercial real estate transactions.

Curran earned a Bachelor of Science summa cum laude from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, received her Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law,  and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2015. She is a member of the State Bar’s Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section.
