Brant Landry has been elected to the board of directors of Dallas-based SRS Real Estate Partners.
Landry joined SRS as Managing Principal of SRS Industrial in April 2022 to establish and grow a national industrial service line for the company. Over the last two years Landry has led the industrial team through tremendous growth, including adding 17 team members in five key markets around the country.
Landry is based at the firm’s corporate headquarters in Dallas and his roots with the company run deep with relationships that span more than two decades. He previously founded Landry Commercial Real Estate Services and co-founded Reserve Capital Partners. Throughout his career, he has facilitated more than 600 industrial, retail and office lease and sale transactions.
Since joining SRS, Landry has led the Industrial team to achieve exceptional results, completing $1.2 billion in transaction value and over 10 million square feet of industrial properties leased or sold.
