Duke Realty Corporation has hired Dan Colletto as vice president of leasing and development for its Cincinnati office.
Colletto, a 15-year commercial real estate veteran, will be responsible for leasing the company’s 10-million-square-foot industrial portfolio and identifying new development and investment opportunities.
Before joining Duke Realty, Colletto was senior director of leasing and development with Liberty Property Trust in Orlando for nearly six years, where he led the acquisition and development of more than 1.3-million square feet of industrial properties.
Colletto graduated from The Ohio State University, earning both his MBA and Bachelor of Science in business.
