Dan Dunsmoor joins Colliers’ Columbus team as principal

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank announced that John Rubin has joined the team as an associate director in the company’s Cincinnati office.

Rubin specializes in office brokerage, representing both investors and occupiers. In his new role, he will draw upon his legal acumen to help clients understand their rights and liabilities before, during and after the landlord-tenant relationship.

Prior to joining NGKF, he was an advisor with Cresa Cincinnati, where he worked exclusively as a tenant representative for office tenants.

Rubin received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and earned a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University.

He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Ohio and is active in numerous professional and charitable endeavors. Rubin is an active member of the University Club of Cincinnati, 1879 Club, the Young Professional LEAD Program and the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, to name a few.
