Joining with the South Suburban Chamber of Commerce and Mayor Steve Olson of Franklin, Wisconsin, Whitnall Park Apartments held its grand-reopening and ribbing-cutting July 8 in Franklin, Wisconsin.
With the shift to remote and hybrid working, more people are spending time at home leading to increased needs in their apartments. Daniel Management Group completed extensive renovations costing $13 million on Whitnall Park Apartments, an apartment community that has 480 units and serves close to 1,000 residents in Franklin, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee.
The renovation included the addition of a playground, grilling stations and a community room that residents can use for events and gatherings. Whitnall Park upgraded the pool, hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse office and bathrooms. Additionally, updates to the monument signage, exteriors, windows, hallways and building entrances boosted the environment for residents and guests.
The multi-million dollar renovation also included the gut rehab of roughly a third of the units including new kitchens and baths, flooring, closets and more.
