Joe & The Juice, represented by CBRE, signed three leases in downtown Chicago.
The Danish juice and coffee bar will occupy space at 10 East Delaware, 412 North Wells Street and 8 East Huron in Chicago. These locations will be the first Chicago and Midwest locations for the retailer.
CBRE’s Phil Golding, Todd Siegel and Amira Yunis represented Joe & The Juice in the transactions. The locations are set to open in 2017 and 2018.
