Darland Construction has broken ground on a 28,000-square-foot clinic for Alegent Creighton Health in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
The single-story free-standing clinic will include reception and office spaces, multiple exam rooms and three nurses’ stations. It will also feature an on-site physical therapy treatment area and a pharmacy.
The clinic is scheduled to open in the spring of 2014. This project is an important piece of Council Bluffs’ efforts to revitalize its Broadway corridor, with several dilapidated buildings razed to make room for the clinic.
