Darland has partnered with MD West One and R&R Realty to build a nearly 38,000-square-foot medical facility near the southwest corner of 192nd Street and West Dodge Road in Omaha, Nebraska. The new clinic is part of the Fountain Ridge West development.
MD West ONE provides orthopedic, neurosurgery and spine care. The new clinic will have more than 40 exam rooms and dedicated areas for X-ray, radiology, casting and procedures.
On the exterior, the building will have curtain wall, brick and metal panels and glass storefront. Interior finishes include laminate millwork, solid surface countertops, as well as a combination of tile, carpet and laminate flooring.
Construction began late 2021 and is expected to be complete by the end of 2022.
