Darland is building a mixed-use development in Omaha that will be anchored by Pinnacle Bank. The development will rise at the northeast corner of 84th Street and West Dodge Road.
The new building will feature a 7,500-square-foot main level with a retail bank branch and space for one additional tenant. The second level will include more than 9,000 square feet of leased office space.
The new bank branch will replace Pinnacle’s existing location at the southwest corner of the same intersection. The project is set for completion in spring of 2019.
