Darland has partnered with CharterWest Bank & Mortgage Center to expand its presence in South Omaha with a new branch located on S. 24th St.
The 6,114-square-foot facility will offer a full suite of financial services including consumer and commercial banking as well as mortgage lending.
The building’s exterior will feature a distinctive Spanish style with a natural stone and EIFS finish, this is complemented by a barrel tile roof. The site will utilize permeable pavers instead of a traditional detention pond to manage stormwater runoff. The interior will incorporate modern design elements, including demountable partitions and stone feature walls. CharterWest will also offer a standalone ITM building at the new location.
The new branch is scheduled for completion in early 2025.
