Darland recently marked the official ground-breaking of one of Omaha’s newest medical office buildings, CHI Health Clinic Millard. The new, 38,844-square-foot clinic will feature 59 exam rooms and focus on primary care with specialties including radiology, ultrasound, behavioral health, nutrition and physical therapy.
The facility will be located on the property south of the existing clinic near 153rd and Q Streets.
The project, which is slated for completion in spring 2020, is through a partnership between CHI Health and Denver-based NexCore Group, a national health care real estate developer.
