Darland recently completed Pacific Springs Center II, a class-A office building on the northwest corner of 168th and Pacific Streets in West Omaha, Nebraska.
The two-story, more than 58,000-square-foot complex features 40,000 square feet of spec office space as well as an underground parking garage. Finishes include architectural precast, fiber cement cladding and glass storefront.
The area, known as Pacific Springs Vista, has seen a host of new development in the last several years thanks to a growing residential market and the area’s convenient access to the nearby West Dodge Expressway.
Investors Realty is handling management and leasing for the building.
