America First Real Estate Group, which owns more than 45,000 apartment units in 43 states, is now working with Darland Construction Company on the construction of the Jones 13 Apartments near the Old Market District area of Omaha.
Jones 13 will be a five-story brick building with 100 apartment units. It will be built atop a 57-stall parking garage.
Construction has begun on the apartments. Darland expects to wrap the project at the end of August of 2014.
