Darland Construction recently completed the mixed-use 89 Renner building in the City Center Lenexa development in Lenexa, Kansas.
Developer Copaken-Brooks assembled the team of Darland Construction and Klover Architects for the two-story, 20,000-square-foot building. The building’s second floor will house Perceptive Software’s conference center. The first floor is reserved for retail or restaurant uses.
The 89 Renner building is one of the first buildings completed in the 630,000-square-foot multi-building development.
