Darland recently broke ground on a more than 400,000-square-foot warehouse near the Nebraska Crossing Outlets in Gretna, Nebraska.
The new development, led by NewStreet Properties, aims to fill a growing demand for warehouse space along the I-80 corridor in the Omaha metro.
Warehouse I will have a 36-foot clear height, precast walls and a cross-docking system to improve efficiency and reduce costs for tenants.
When completed, the 170-acre ‘Gretna Logistics Park’ will be the Omaha metro’s largest contiguous industrial park with nearly 2 million square feet of industrial and warehouse space.
