After years of planning, construction is now underway on the City Center Lenexa “new downtown” that will include a broad mix of office, retail, residential and entertainment facilities.
Darland Construction Co. has been selected by Copaken Brooks, a Kansas City-based real estate firm and developer, to provide construction services for a mixed-use office/retail building within the City Center Lenexa development.
Renner 89 @ City Center Lenexa will be a two-story structure with space available for restaurants and other retail on the first floor. The second floor will provide a conference center and meeting rooms for Perceptive Software, a global enterprise software leader headquartered in Kansas City with offices across North America and Europe.
