Darwin Realty & Development Corporation has announced a long-term lease at 2560 White Oak Circle in Aurora, Ill. to Trinity Machined Products.
Daniel A. Fanelli, principal of Darwin Realty & Development Corporation, represented the lessee, Trinity Machined Products, and David Bercu and Chuck Canale of Colliers International represented the lessor.
The 36,708-square-foot unit features 2,548 square feet of office, 24′ clear ceiling height, three exterior docks and one drive-in-door.
