Darwin Realty/CORFAC International Associate Nick Krejci represented American Bear Logistics in its 57,143 square foot lease at 1475 Thorndale Avenue in Itasca, IL. The ocean freight transportation company was seeking a larger warehouse near O’Hare Airport to support the growing demand from their customers.
