Darwin Realty has announced the investment sale of 167,000 square feet at 205 Della Court, Carol Stream, Illinois.
The building and property is leased for 8+ years to FedEx Ground. The purchase price was in excess of $20,000,000.
Noel S. Liston, Principal and Doug Pilcher, Associate, of Darwin Realty represented the purchaser, Industrial Income Trust, and the seller, a private partnership, in the sale of the fully-leased building situated on 20 acres of land.
The building was constructed in 1999 and contains 86 exterior docks in a cross-dock configuration along with 250+ trailer positions and 28′ clear ceilings throughout.
