Darwin Realty announced the investment sale of an 85,000- square -foot and fully-leased building in Libertyville, Illinois.
Noel S. Liston and Kevin Cooney were the sole brokers in the transaction. The purchaser, High Street Equities, intends to hold the asset on a long-term basis. The Seller was a private partnership.
The 85,000-square-foot building on 4.69 acres is fully leased to 3 tenants, features approximately 4,000 square feet of office, 5 loading docks, 2 drive-in doors, and additional land for parking and/or building expansion.
