Darwin Realty & Development Corp. has announced a long-term lease of 30,812 square feet at 2101 W. 21st St., Broadview, to Garland Converting Corp.
Daniel A. Fanelli, SIOR, principal, and George J. Cibula, SIOR, chairman of Darwin Realty & Development Corp. represented both parties in the transaction.
The building features 22-foot ceiling clearance, two interior docks, one grade level door and approximately 3,000 square feet of finished office area.
