Darwin Realty/CORFAC International hires two associates

Darwin Realty/CORFAC International announced that Frank Damato IV and Sam Lepore have joined the Elmhurst, Illinois-based firm as associates.

A recent graduate of DePaul University, Damato offers a full range of brokerage services including tenant representation, buyer representation, owner representation, build-to-suit projects, sale-leasebacks and investment acquisitions and dispositions.

“Frank excelled in his classes at DePaul and will make a great asset to our growing team,” said Darwin managing broker, George Cibula. “He will help us build our reputation in the western and far-western suburban industrial submarkets.”

Damato will work with Darwin vice president, Brendan J. Sheahan, focusing in the I-88 Corridor and Fox Valley industrial market. Before earning his bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, advertising and applied communications in 2020, Damato interned at Darwin and at The Chicago Board of Trade. He also owns a consulting business known as FD Consulting.

Lepore, a recent graduate of Indiana University, will focus his brokerage on the West Cook and I-55 North industrial submarkets.

“Sam has devoted his studies to business and commercial real estate, and he will continue to learn from our senior brokers as a part of our growing team,” said Cibula. “We are looking forward to working with him as he begins his career at Darwin.”

Lepore will work with Darwin Realty/CORFAC International senior vice president, Jeff Provenza. He offers a full range of brokerage services including tenant representation, buyer representation, owner representation and sale-leasebacks. Lepore earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He was a Chick Evans Scholar and caddy at the Oak Park Country Club. While in college, Lepore interned at NAI Hiffman.
