Darwin Realty/CORFAC International announced that Jeffrey Provenza has recently been promoted to senior vice president. Provenza offers a full range of brokerage services including tenant/owner representation, acquisition/disposition services, build-to-suit projects and investment sales.

He has completed more than 8.5 million square feet in transactions totaling more than $200 million throughout his 10-year career at Elmhurst, Illinois-based Darwin Realty/CORFAC International.

“Jeff has consistently expanded his premier client base in his tenure at Darwin and has established himself as a leader and a mentor in our office. We are proud to work with him,” said Darwin Realty/CORFAC International managing broker, George Cibula. “His extensive expertise in the regional industrial and investment markets has helped us expand our offerings and grow our reputation.”

In the past several years, Provenza has negotiated many notable transactions. In 2017, he brokered the sale of a 48-acre land site in the O’Hare Submarket to Bridge Development Partners for the development of a 754,103 square foot industrial complex (Bridge Point Franklin Park). Since its completion Provenza has completed more than 405,000 square feet of leasing in the park. Provenza brokered the sale of a 35-acre parcel of land in Bensenville, Illinois. A portion of the site is currently being developed into a 114,000-square-foot inflatable sports dome for a long-term lease with Bo Jackson Elite Sports. In 2020, Provenza completed a significant industrial sale-leaseback transaction with one of the largest private equity real estate funds in North America.

Provenza joined Darwin Realty in 2010. Prior to his real estate career, he performed regulatory and consulting work in the commodities industry for firms that traded futures and options. After this he pursued a career in internal audit and corporate finance for a Fortune 500 company. Provenza earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
