Darwin Realty/CORFAC International Vice President Brendan Sheahan and Associate Frank Damato represented TriLab Health LLC in its lease of 4,958 square feet at 2015 Spring Road in Oak Brook, IL. The space will be used for TriLab’s executive offices.
“This is just what TriLab was looking for,” Damato says. “Oak Brook has been growing recently and provides a short commute for many TriLab employees.”
The seven-story Class B building is located near Oak Brook Center, offering nearby retail and restaurant options. The 168,000 square foot building was built in 1973 and is currently 92.5% leased. JLL’s Jeffrey F. Shay and Jack Connors represented the building owner in the transaction.
