Darwin Realty/CORFAC International Associate Nick Krejci and Principal Noel S. Liston represented BTX Global Logistics in its lease of a new space at 1110 Thorndale Avenue in Bensenville.  BTX, a leader in the global shipping industry, intends to occupy the space in July.

“BTX was attracted to this location because of its centralized location within the O’Hare submarket and its proximity to multiple expressways will allow them to best serve their customer base,” Krejci says.

The building complex is located on 12.12 acres of land just west of O’Hare property. It has a large office space and great visibility from Thorndale Avenue. The building owner, LBA RVI-Company IX, LLC was represented by Avison Young’s Brian Colson and Brian Pomorski.
