Darwin Realty & Development Corp. has announced the sale of 101,286 square feet and the lease of 33,988 square feet at 1675 Holmes Road, Elgin. Noel S. Liston, principal, Darwin Realty & Development Corp., represented High Street Equity Advisors in their acquisition of the 101,286-square-foot Elgin facility. The building features 26-foot clear ceilings and is located immediately off of I-90, just east of Randall Road in Elgin.
At the time of the purchase, 66,000 square feet was leased to LG Hausys Corp. and 33,000 square feet was vacant. Liston represented CLS Inc. in their lease of the vacant unit bringing the building to 100 percent occupancy. The seller, Manulife Financial, was represented by Entre Commercial.
