Darwin Realty & Development Corp. has announced the sale of 1435 W. 165th St. in Hammond, Ind. The site features 528,699 square feet of industrial buildings.
The main building features heavy power, four exterior docks, 11 drive-in doors and 12 cranes. The ceiling height is 34 feet to 42 feet clear.
