Darwin Realty/CORFAC International has negotiated a long-term lease for the 352,338-square-foot warehouse facility located at 150 E. Crossroads Parkway in Bolingbrook, Illinois to Chicago-based apparel retailer AKIRA.
Noel S. Liston, Principal and Nick Krejci, Associate worked with the leading women’s fashion retailer for a consolidation of multiple warehouse facilities. AKIRA will utilize the new facility at 150 E. Crossroads for warehouse, fulfillment, and e-commerce operations. AKIRA’s office and headquarters will remain in the City of Chicago.
The 150 E. Crossroads facility features 30’ clear ceilings, 46 exterior loading docks and energy efficient lighting. Less than a mile from I-55, the building’s location is ideal for nationwide distribution.
