The property is 42,000 square feet, on 3.3 acres featuring 7,500 square feet in office space, 14- to 20-foot clear ceiling heights, four exterior docks, two drive-in doors and expandable parking. The property was a low-cost provider for quality, functional space and one of the last available free-standing facilities in the Kane County industrial market.
Ed Brandt of Transwestern represented the buyer, Simplomatic, a third-generation family owned business that offers plastic injection molding and CNC controlled injection molding presses and servo driven stamping presses.
