Darwin Realty announced the disposition of three buildings in Broadview, Illinois to Real Trucking, a subsidiary of Real Group, LLC.
The company owns a dry van freight carrier operation that services United States and Canada with locations in Chicago and New Jersey.
The three buildings in Broadview encompass 101,903 square feet and include: a 59,343-square-foot facility at 2001 West Cermak Road, a 25,600-square foot building at 2900 S. 21st Avenue and a 16,950-square-foot building at 2100 West 21st Street.
Darwin Principal Dan Fanelli represented both the purchaser and the seller, a private partnership, in the sale.
