Darwin Realty & Development Corporation‘s Dan Fanelli, SIOR, represented Sterling Spring Corporation in the purchase of a 113,634 square foot building on 3.68 acres at 7171 W. 65th Street in Bedford Park, Illinois.

Sterling Spring Corporation, a manufacturer of custom spring and stamping components, selected the building because of the 15-20′ ceiling height, 12,000 square feet of office space, heavy power, seven truck docks and three drive-in doors. Built in the 1960’s, this building is constructed of masonry and steel and offers parking for 100 cars.

“Sterling was expanding and needed a larger building,” stated Fanelli. “We were pleased to find this industry leader another location that met their needs and provided a great location.”

The company has two other locations in Chicago and Michigan serving customers of various industries and geographical locations.

Fanelli of Darwin Realty & Development Corporation represented Sterling Spring Corporation in the transaction and Jeffrey Locascio of Transwestern worked on behalf of the seller, JCBM Partners.
