DarwinPW Realty’s Vice President Terry Lynch SIOR, and Associate Marc Hale represented the seller with the disposition of an investment property located at 1285 N. Ellis in Bensenville, Illinois. The property is an industrial service facility, which is fully leased to World Fuel Service Corp.
“We continue to experience significant demand in industrial service facilities, specifically in the greater Chicago market with limited supply and municipal constraints for this type of asset class,” said Lynch. “As we work with this seller on similar projects, we are experiencing continued interest.”
The buyer was Gullo Development, an owner of many industrial buildings within the O’Hare area.
