DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International Managing Broker George Cibula and Associate Luke Ferzacca represented the sellers of a 37,136-square-foot industrial building at 737 N. Oaklawn Ave. in Elmhurst, Illinois, in its sale to Haskris, a manufacturer and distributor of engineered chillers and heat transfer systems.
The buyer owns a building across the street and is planning to expand to the new facility.
The building has 13,920 square feet of office space that can be reduced. It has 14.5’ clear height, two exterior docks and one drive-in door. The building’s 2.94-acre site includes 60 parking spaces and a fenced outdoor storage yard. The location also boasts low DuPage County taxes and proximity to the new buyer’s existing location.
