DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International Managing Broker George Cibula and President Rick Daly represented CenterPoint Properties in its lease of 239,190 square feet at 900 Knell Road, Unit C in Montgomery, Illinois, to Parceljet Information Technology, LLC.
The professional cross-border logistics company is expanding from its costal locations to grow its presence in the Midwest.
The space is part of a 992,462-square-foot building on a 71-acre site. Built in 1960, the space has 30’ clear height, 17 exterior docks, and one drive-in door. The building was renovated in 2000. Parking is available for 184 trailers and more than 600 cars, making it an ideal building for logistics users.
