DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International announced that the firm’s Principal Ed Wabick and Associate Marc Hale represented D6, Inc., a sustainable packaging supplier, in its new lease of 41,190 square feet at 11720 W. Grand Ave. in Northlake, Illinois. The tenant is both expanding and relocating from its previous location.
The space is part of a larger 82,380 square foot building with 1,717 square feet of office space, 22-foot clear height, four docks, and two drive-in doors. The location is well-suited for their operation, providing quick access to O’Hare and both Interstates I-290 and I-294. The clean warehouse, adequate office space, and the building’s prime location were the main draws for the tenant.
NAI Hiffman’s Terry Herlihy represented the landlord, Westmount Realty Capital, in the transaction. D6 took occupancy of the building last month.
