DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Vice President Mandy Lewandowski and Associate Luke Ferzacca represented the sublessor of a 85,608-square-foot building at 1560 Fronternac Road in Naperville, Illinois, in a sublease to Eaglestone Manufacturing. The new subtenant is a manufacturer of production line equipment like conveyor belts, sorting systems and other manufacturing machines.
The property was constructed in 1988 and is located just one mile from the Route 59 interchange on I-88. It has the heavy power the subtenant needs for manufacturing purposes. It boasts a newly renovated 4,500-square-foot office space, 22-foot clear height, six interior docks, two drive-in doors and ample parking. The roof was refinished in 2018, and the walls and epoxy coated floors have been recently repainted.
The subtenant was represented by Lee & Associates Nick Eboli and Andrew Block. Eaglestone Manufacturing is scheduled to move into the building in Q4 2023.
