Elmhurst, Illinois-based DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International named Associate Laura Perlman Broker of the Year for 2025.
Perlman is a generalist in commercial real estate and has completed dozens of transactions this year, including representing a global manufacturer in a ten-year, 92,955 square foot lease on Chicago’s Goose Island.
Some of Perlman’s other top transactions for the year included tenant representation for the lease of 37,219 square feet of industrial space on the southwest side of Chicago, buyer representation on an investment purchase in Alsip of a 92,836 square foot multi-tenant industrial building, seller representation on the disposition of a 48,200 square foot industrial building adjacent to the Illinois medical district and seller representation on the disposition of an 18,000 square foot industrial crane building in Schaumburg. Perlman joined DarwinPW Realty in 2022. She became a broker in 2019 after working for CineSpace Chicago Film Studios and Lagunitas Brewing Co.
Born and raised in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, Laura currently resides in the West Loop and her love for Chicago, especially its history told through architecture and industry, has kept her a life-long Chicagoan.
