Davenport, Iowa-based Russell Construction & Development has promoted Caitlin Russell to president.
Russell joined the construction firm in 2009 as a project engineer before advancing to the role of project manager. During the last several years, Russell has transitioned from her role in construction operations to a leadership role in real estate development.
Under Russell’s direction, real estate development has become a core business componement of Russell Construction & Development.
Notable projects developed under Russell’s leadershipo include the IH Mississippi River Valley Credit Union headquarters, the former Jumer’s Castle Lodge hotel land redevelopment and the to-be-developed Russell Industrial Park.
Jim Russell is remaining as the company’s chief executive officer and chairman of Russell Construction & Development.
