Minneapolis-based developer Davis, MNGI Digestive Health and Allina Health recently held a ground-breaking ceremony for Lakeville Specialty Center, a 100,500-square-foot multispecialty clinic and surgery center in Lakeville, Minnesota.
The Class-A medical facility, to be located at 18465 185th St., is 100 percent leased with Allina signing a lease for 60,000 square feet in the specialty center and 18,500 square feet in the surgery center. The clinic will offer 20 Allina specialties, including orthopedics, oncology, women’s health and cardiology.
In addition, MNGI Digestive Health has signed a lease for 22,000 square feet in the facility to house a new clinic and endoscopy center.
Lakeville Specialty Center is expected to be completed and open to patients in fall 2023. The architect for the project is Minneapolis-based Synergy Architectural Studio, and the general contractor is Plymouth, Minn.-based Timco Construction Inc.
